Customer Monitor is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that provides a clear, centralized overview of customer sales orders. It helps sales, customer service, and planning teams monitor order status and delivery progress from a single page.

Flexible filters by Bill-to/Sell-to Customer, Country, Ship-to Address, Order No., Your Reference

Item and logistics filters by Item No., Variant, Location, Item-only lines, completed / not completed orders

Date filters by Order Date and Shipping Date, with support for ranges and Business Central date formulas

Agent filters by Agent Code and Assigned User ID
Order overview:

Tabular view of sales order lines with document, customer, billing, item, quantity, and shipment information

Visualization of shipment in preparation and related warehouse shipment numbers

Fulfillability Status calculation (e.g. fillable, partial, future, not fulfillable, fully shipped), based on stock and incoming supply
